HOW IT WORKS:
Create a route with as many addresses as you need;
Choose the amount of helpers needed;
Select vehicle type;
Scroll up for detailed service description and scroll further to add task description and extra services you might need;
Choose payment type and place the order;
Teleporter will match you with suitable driver who will estimate arrival time;
On arrival, after you meet the driver, the timer starts and you in real-time will track the cost and location;
When finished, the timer stops so you can pay with your chosen payment method;
You will be able to rate the driver.


TIMER STARTS when the driver meets you but no later than 5 minutes after his arrival at the agreed point A.

TIMERS STOPS at the final point, after full unloading of the vehicle. If you personally participate in the relocation, kindly ask the driver to stop the timer when you are ready.

PRICE ESTIMATE
After you choose at least two addresses, Teleporter App will calculate estimated time ONLY FOR TRAVEL TIME which may vary due to traffic situation at the moment of the relocation.
Loading/unloading time is not included in the estimate and depends on the amount of items and many other factors such as distance from a parking, elevator availability, number of floors, etc.)
Therefore the final price may vary from the estimated price.

MINIMUM TASK LENGTH
At all times you are able to see price change in your Teleporter App in real-time.
Be aware of the minimum order time which is mentioned in each service description. Usually a minimum task length varies from 20 to 60 minutes depending on vehicle and service type.

ON-TIME WARRANTY
Drivers guarantee arrival at an estimated time span.In case the driver is late for more than 20 minutes, you will receive a service discount fee of 5 kr. per every minute of your precious waiting time.
Maximum compensation amount is 300 kr.


FINES
If you cancel an order after a driver has accepted it and started driving towards you, you will be required to pay a fine of 150 kr.
